Peter is one guy I identify with. He would jump in and
get it right and then jump in and get it wrong. When Jesus washed the disciples’ feet in John chapter 13, he wanted Jesus to wash everything. It was like give me a bath, Jesus. Peter thought if a little is good, more would be better. We sometimes think this today. If we can get lots of people praying, that will do it. Not necessarily. It depends if they are praying in a child-like simple faith. We don’t need to try and shot gun the thing full of holes. All we need is a mustard seed of faith without unbelief, to move that mountain. It’s like a laser.
Sometimes, one person or two or three prayer warriors can do more than a lot of people praying.
Sometimes, less is more! Remember, Jesus was always interested in quality not quantity of faith!
